Lot 5 is a passionate design studio based in the Sutherland Shire area, south of Sydney. We specialize in designing and documenting site specific builds. Our designs are a result of a close collaboration with the client and a response to local site conditions.

We work on a range of projects from small renovations and new builds, through to multi dwelling developments. Our projects are all over the Sydney and Illawarra Regions with current projects in QLD.

Projects can be broken down into three key stages; Design, Approvals and Construction. However each project can be suited to your requirements, from concept sketches through to construction details and tender documentation.
